About the Course

As an individual, is it possible for you to recognize the emotions you are feeling? Is it possible for you to manage those feelings without allowing them to wash you out? Is it possible for you to motivate yourself to get jobs done? Are you able to sense the emotions of others and respond successfully?

If your answers are “YES” to these questions, probably, you have developed the pivotal skills that form the cornerstone of emotional intelligence. It is EQ (also known as Emotional Intelligence) that ultimately helps towards success and happiness.
